How do I place an order?

Great you are ready to make your first order! Click on the product you like, it will take you to the product page, please read the description and dimensions properly in order to set clear expectations. Please check your pincode for delivery and COD, select the size in case of shoes, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Sign Up to register and add your shipping address or Sign In if are already registered or you can simply check out as guest. Select the payment method and voila! your order is ready. 

 

Why are few items out of stock, will it get re stocked again?

Due to high demand we encourage our patrons to visit our site frequently so as to not miss out on our limited editions. Better still you can sign up and get emails on all the latest arrivals. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture the same designs hence we would not re stock the same items.

 

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes we provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.  

When will I get my order?

We at SAW value your time and hence we will initiate the delivery process within 2 business days after the order has been confirmed. Depending on the location, we will deliver to you within 3-7 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Can I track my order?

Definitely! You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, BHIM etc. Cash on delivery is also another payment option. 

 

What to do if I'm not available during delivery?

Our logistic partner will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In exceptional cases, we still try to make an attempt if the product is still with the courier partner in your area, however we can’t always guarantee it.

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes, it is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

 

COD option is not available. Why?

Currently we provide COD facility in 20 cities but rest assured we are expanding the COD availibility to other pin codes as well. To check the availibilty of COD in your area, please enter the pincode in the checkout page. 

 

What is SAW store credit and how do I collect?

SAW Store Credit can be used as "money" on our site as the value of 1 Store Credit = 1 INR. Your refund will be available in the form of store credit if you select "Refund Type" as "Store Credit" instead of "Bank Transfer" during the process of Return. You can make all your future purchases using Store Credit as there is no expiration date. Best reason to opt for Store Credit is the expedited refund process (within 24 hrs) unlike the regular cycle of 5-7 days for bank transfers after we receive the item and approve the request for refund.

 

How secure is my detail ?

We assure you that the data is strictly confidential and protected when shopping on SAW website. Customer safety is always our top priority and we will continue to enhance our security measures to protect customer information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

How do I cancel my order ?

Log in to SAW account, go to My Orders, click on View Details (extreme right) and hit Cancel button available at the bottom of the page. Items are processed within 48hrs after you place your order. Once the order status changes to shipped, the order cannot be cancelled as the package would be with our courier partner and they may still attempt delivery, kindly refuse the package.

 

How do I return the item?

If you wish to return the item due to fitment or colour issue, please submit the request for return within 10 days of delivery. Log in to SAW account, go to Return and select Request New Return. Now select the Order ID and enter the preferred refund mode. Item will not be returnable or accepted after 10 days of delivery. 

 

When will I get my refund ?

Once we receive the product and approve the refund request, within 48 hours you will receive an email confirming the refund status, thereafter it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. If you opt for SAW credit, the credit will appear in your SAW account within 24 business hours after we have received and approved the refund request.
