If you wish to return the item due to fitment issues or colour or design, please submit the request for return within 10 days of delivery. Item will not be returnable nor accepted after 10 days of delivery.
When making returns, please bear in mind:
The package and its content should be in its original form – unused, unwashed or stained
Once we receive the product, we will verify the package conditions before we proceed with the refund
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com. You should mention your order ID and 4 images of product from all the sides for us to assess the damage.
You can select any two Refund methods:
Bank transfers - Once we receive the product and approve the refund, within 48 hours you will receive an email confirming the refund details, thereafter it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account
SAW Store Credits of the refund value will be in your SAW account, this can be redeemed for any future purchases. After we have received the product and approved the refund, the credits will appear in your SAW account within 24 business hours.
