Depending on the location, we will deliver to you within 3-7 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that during promotions or Holidays, there maybe delay by few days. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email and the status on your order will reflect as “Shipped”

If your item has not been shipped yet from our warehouse and the status on your orders reflect as “Processing” you can cancel the order. All you need to do is log in to SAW account and cancel the order. We will refund your money within 4-7 business days or if you opt for SAW Store Credits, then within 24 hours, it will reflect on your SAW account.
Any request received after it has been dispatched from our warehouse or “Shipped” reflects as the status, we regret that it would not be possible for us to initiate the refund process immediately as the package would be with our courier partner and they may still attempt delivery, kindly refuse the package. After we receive the product back from our courier partner, we will refund your money within 4-7 business days.
