If you visit or shop at styleatwork.in, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully. It spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. These Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, the Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy or any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Site" or "styleatwork.in ” or "we" or "our" or “Company” or “Saw”), as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement").

Styleatwork.in reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

Prohibitions

The following actions will be considered as misuse of the website, and are thus prohibited: 

  • Transmission or distribution of technologically harmful data like virus, malicious software, Trojan, etc.
  • Posting or transmitting content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm to any kind against any group or individual;

Styleatwork.in trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not styleatwork.in, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits styleatwork.in

Guarantee of Products/Services

Styleatwork.in hereby disclaims any guarantee of the accuracy in terms of finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website may not meet your expectations.

Packing

Unless otherwise provided, we will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading or bracing requested by you will be paid for by you.

Shipping and Delivery

For orders with more than 1 item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We aim to deliver orders within seven working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Sunday is not classed as working day. If you have not received your delivery in ten working days please contact our Customer Services through support@styleatwork.in

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, and secure or error – free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from to time to time we may remove the service for indefinite period of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. In no case shall styleatwork.in, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind.

No oral advice or written information given by styleatwork.in nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall user rely on any such information or advice.

While it is the Company's objective to make the Site accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, the Site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of the Company, access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless styleatwork.in, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns, its holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to styleatwork.in or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under the Terms of Use, or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of the Terms of Use.

Ratings & Reviews

Customers are eligible to submit a product rating and review for display on the website provided they have had one shipped order and have registered their account to access the account management features of this website.

Styleatwork.in reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any content at its sole discretion.Users who submit their content grant styleatwork.in irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully sub-licensable and transferrable rights to use, copy, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media format.

The user represents that they are the sole author, owner or control all rights to the content submitted. That the content submitted is accurate and that all 'moral rights' in such content have been voluntarily waived.

Furthermore, the user agrees not to submit any content that is known to be false, inaccurate or misleading; breach any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; that may be considered defamatory, libelous or hateful; any content for which compensation was granted by any third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in New Delhi.
